Create3DOnline delivers immediate digital compute services by running state-of-the-art 3D reconstruction and mesh generation models on high-performance GPUs. Because significant computing resources are allocated the moment a generation is queued, credits consumed for completed generations are generally non-refundable.

2. Technical Failure Guarantee

If a generation job encounters an unrecoverable technical error (such as an internal server error 500, worker timeout, or defective file encoding), your credits are refunded immediately to your account balance automatically.
